Vi\u00f1a AB denota tambi\u00e9n matices que recuerdan a madera, hierbas arom\u00e1ticas y vegetales. En\u00a0<b><strong>boca<\/strong><\/b>\u00a0es amable con acidez equilibrada, postgusto prolongado en el que retornan las notas de frutos secos y madera envinada.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Servido muy fr\u00edo, ya sea en el tradicional catavinos jerezano o en copa alta, Vi\u00f1a AB es excelente como aperitivo, con carnes blancas, pescados y quesos curados, con esp\u00e1rragos o alcachofas.
